Jessica Leiser, M.S., OTR/L

Jessica Leiser, M.S., OTR/L, found her passion of working with children with special needs in 2013 when she completed her undergraduate studies in Education with an emphasis in science at San Diego State University. Jessica obtained her Masters in Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2018 and has since served as a school-based and early intervention occupational therapist. Drawing from her background in mental health, Jessica incorporates evidence-based practices to support emotional regulation, sensory processing, and social skills development. Through innovative and hands-on project-based learning experiences, she creates opportunities for clients to explore their interests, build confidence, and develop essential life skills that will carry with each individual across their lifespan.

Briana Renze, M.S., OTR/L

​​Briana Renze, M.S., OTR/L, has been dedicated to supporting individuals with special needs since 2018, both in school-based and community-based programs. She obtained her Masters in Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2023 and has since served as a school-based occupational therapist. Briana completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology at San Diego State University. With a focus on developmental, emotional, and physical disabilities, she has extensive experience working with children and young adults ranging from ages 3 to 22. Briana is passionately committed to enriching the lives of the children she serves, prioritizing holistic well-being and facilitating meaningful progress for her clients.

Our mission at Grow OT is to provide a transformative outdoor experience where children of all abilities thrive. We utilize sensory play activities to nurture each child's development and skill-building journey. We are dedicated to fostering inclusivity, embracing the uniqueness of every child, and creating a supportive environment where diversity is celebrated. Our goal is to empower every child to explore, learn, and grow, fostering confidence and resilience.
